Important Service Wash Guidelines

  • Allergies: If you have allergies to washing powder or fabric softeners, please let our receptionist know so we can use a suitable alternative.
  • Color Separation: If you require separate washing for whites, darks, or colors, you must inform us at drop-off.
  • Shrinkage Notice: We do not accept responsibility for shrinkage if you don’t provide specific instructions about how your clothes should be washed.
  • Delicate Items Warning: Items with leather, buttons, buckles, beading, or decorations are processed entirely at the owner’s risk.
  • Check Your Pockets: Please check all pockets before submitting your laundry. We are not responsible for damage caused by ink pens or items left inside.
  • Uncollected Laundry: Any service wash items not picked up within 6 weeks may be donated to charity or responsibly destroyed.
